With Voluntary Benefits, you can now offer additional benefits on a voluntary basis, where employees can pick and choose among them and pay for the ones they want and can afford.

When you choose to offer Voluntary Benefits, HUB will coordinate core and ancillary benefit offerings with enrollment teams or one-on-one meetings educating the employee on voluntary and medical benefits for you.
